"WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 11 PM THIS EVENING TO 8 AM MST WEDNESDAY ABOVE 6000 FEET...General snow accumulations of 6 to 12
inches are expected...Gusty southwest winds will create areas of
blowing snow and low visibility at times."
the Flagstaff Unified School District Transportation Department has told us that our scheduled fieldtrip to the Arizona Snowbowl tomorrow, Tuesday, February 5, must be canceled due to the unsafe road conditions which are expected to occur during the storm on Snowbowl Road.
We will begin our attempts to reschedule this trip as soon as possible in earnest this afternoon.
